Certified Parts Advisor - Grand Falls, Newfoundland
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing parts revenues by marketing parts and exceeding customer service expectations. Must ensure that all customer orders are filled in a safe, efficient, accurate and professional manner and follow the guidelines established for sales and parts return entries to ensure proper invoicing and inventory adjustments. Must conduct themselves in the presence of customers in a manner that promotes a positive image.
Friendly, sales oriented personality, and a strong knowledge of heavy equipment and Nortrax support systems. Must be totally committed to customer service and satisfaction and the ability to interpret customer needs and respond accordingly. Strong proficiency with computer programs and systems, including but not limited to: Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, CRM software, PowerPoint, Excel and PFW. Very strong organizational skills and exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral. Achievement of certification status and continual learning under the Certified Parts Advisor (CPA) curriculum on John Deere University. Saturday parts counter rotation will be required as the business needs determine.
